How do the included minutes work with the outbound phone service?
Every account with outbound service added includes 300 minutes per billing period with additional minutes costing 3.9¢ per minute. Minutes accrue when a caller is connected to your toll free number and/or when calls directly to a digital phone are forwarded to an external phone number. Included minutes are shared by all 'activate seats' (i.e. digital phones) on the account.
