How is the outbound phone service billed?
The outbound phone service is due on the monthly renewal date that is established when the account is created. Newly added phone(s) added mid-way through the month will be pro-rated for the partial month. The one-time cost for the phone(s) is applied when the phone(s) ships or when the softphone software is purchased or downloaded.
