I ordered a vanity number and was assigned a different number, why?
Vanity numbers take a few extra days to transfer and setup. In the meantime, we provide you with a new toll free number so you can start getting familiar with your new service. Once your vanity number is successfully transferred, we'll notify you via email. As an added bonus, the number we assigned to you will remain active on your account for no additional fee for as long as you keep your account.
