What are extensions?
Extensions are options callers have when they dial into your toll free number. Extensions are most commonly used with the auto attendant feature where a pre-recorded greeting is set to welcome callers and provide them with choices (ex "Dial 1 for Sales, 2 for Billing, 805 for John" etc.).
