How do I know when some is calling from my toll free number?
We can handle that in two ways. One, we can adjust the caller id to display your toll free number. Two, we can announce the call before we connect. With this option you answer the phone and our system will announce the call is coming from your toll free number and allow you to accept or reject the call.
