Is Freedom800® a voip service?
Freedom800® is a virtual or hosted phone service which is more flexible than traditional VoIP. We don't require any hardware or software and can forward calls to any working phone number, regardless of the device (home, mobile, office).
We can not however forward calls via SIP. To forward a call we do require a working phone number but don't require a phone number to use our service. You can have our service answer and send calls to voicemail automatically, then notify you when someone leaves a voice message.
Our network is 100% digital and upgraded with the latest high definition voice-over-ip technology allowing us to provide superior voice-grade telephone service that is extremely dependable allowing your business to sound very professional.
